• 500g skinless boneless chicken breasts cut into 2cm pieces
• 4 rashers bacon chopped
• 1 small onion chopped
• 2 garlic cloves crushed
• 1 tsp dried thyme
• 1 1/2 tbsp plain flour
• 50ml white wine
• 50ml milk
• 100ml chicken stock
• 500g pack fresh puff pastry
• 1 egg beaten
