• 6 Ribs Celery Chopped with the greens
• 3 McIntosh Apples Seeded and chopped
• 2 Onions
• 1 Zucchini Chopped
• 6 Pumpkin Muffins Crumbled
• 1/2 Cup Sunflower Seeds
• 2 Tbsp Poultry Seasoning
• 2 Cups Chicken Stock
• Salt and pepper
