Ingredients

  • 2 slab(s) LGCM Baby Back Ribs
  • 2 cup(s) Hoisin Sauce
  • .25 cup(s) Vinegar
  • .25 cup(s) Orange Juice
  • .25 cup(s) Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Hot Sauce (we use Tobasco)
  • 2 Tbsp Garlic (but you can use Sriracha or your favorite)
  • Sesame Seeds (minced)
  • Combine hoisin sauce, vinegar, orange juice, soy sauce, hot sauce and minced garlic in a medium sized bowl. Whisk together until combined. Coat both sides of ribs with sauce.
  • Heat your smoker or grill to 225ºF and set up for indirect cooking. Place a drip pan filled with water in the smoker to help retain moisture in the ribs and add smoke if desired.
  • Place the ribs on the grill and cook for approximately 4 hours. Brush the ribs with more sauce every hour. The ribs are done when the meat easily pulls off the bone – about 190ºF internal temperature.
