- 1/2 Cup Hot Water
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons Granulated Brown Sugar
- 1 Large Red Onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 Cup Flat-Leaf Parsley, minced
- 2 Cups Lebanese Couscous , cooked
