Ingredients
- CHEESECAKE
- olive oil
- 300g icing sugar, plus extra for dusting
- 4 x 280g tubs of full-fat cream cheese
- 5 teaspoons vanilla bean paste
- 5 large free-range eggs
- 70g plain flour
- COMPOTE (MAKES 500g)
- 100g light brown soft sugar
- 1 fresh bay leaf
- 100ml Marsala wine
- 1 vanilla bean pod
- 12 fresh black figs
- 3 clementines
- 1 tablespoon cornflour
