Red Pepper Pilaau recipe by Fouziah Pailwan

Ingredients

• Add in:
• 2 cups liquidised tomatoes
• 1 liquidised red pepper
• 1 cup sour cream
• ½ cup milk
• 1 cup sour milk
• 1 teaspoon each (adjust if necessary)
• Salt Chilli powder arad (Turmeric) Dhana jeeroo crushed chillies
• 1 tablespoon @purespice_sa ginger garlic
• 1 tablespoon @sujees
• 1 tablespoon @mrsP's tandoori masala
• Add in marinated chicken.
• Sprinkle chopped dhania (coriander)
• Sprinkle fried onions
• Few blobs butter
