• 6 leaves Chard, any type, chopped, leaves and stems separate
• 6 Eggs
• 2 Tbsp Milk, any type
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1/4 tsp Black pepper
• 1 Tbsp Oil, cooking
• 8 oz Sausage, Italian and raw (use mild or spicy)
• 1/4 cup Yogurt, plain or Greek
• 1 lb Potatoes, Russet or Yukon gold, cubed
• 1 Tbsp Oil, olive
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
