Ingredients

• 1 pound of chicken breast, cut into small chunks, skinless and boneless
• A sprinkle of salt and black pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon of Italian spice mix
• 1/2 teaspoon of smoky paprika
• 3 tablespoons butter, separate into portions
• 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
• Juice plus grated peel from 1 lemon
• Chopped fresh parsley for sprinkling
• Half a box of linguine (about 8 oz)
• 2 tablespoons of butter
• 3/4 cup of Parmesan cheese, shredded or grated
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• A dash of salt and pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• Some more parsley, chopped, for garnish
