  • 1/2 pound sugar snap peas, trimmed and halved crosswise
  • 1 yellow summer squash, quartered lengthwise and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1 (3-1/2 pounds) Gold'n Plump® Deli Rotisserie Chicken, meat removed and coarsely chopped (about 2 cups)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
