• 2 tsp fresh thyme (or 1 tsp dried thyme)
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 12 oz. pasta (such as penne or rigatoni)
• 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 1/4 cup grated Parmesan (plus extra for serving)
