• 2 small onions, chopped
• 1 tbsp Butter
• 1 dl white wine
• 1 dl beef stock
• 600 gr potatoes
• 300 gr Vaud sausage saucisson vaudois, one entire Sausage
• 4 tbsp heavy cream
• 3 tbsp vinegar
