• 540ml can White Beans, drained & rinsed
• 3 C Low Sodium Vegetable Stock
• ¼ C Whipping Cream
• ½ Tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
• 1 Tsp. Dried Thyme
• 1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
• 1 ½ Tsp. Vegeta Seasoning
• 1 Tsp. Ground Thyme
• 1 Tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
• ½ Tsp. Ground White Pepper
• A Few Dashes Ground Nutmeg
• 1 Dried Bay Leaf
• ½ Tsp. Sea Salt
• Cracked Pepper
• ½ C Fresh Parsley, chopped
