• 1 c onion, chopped
• 1 tbsp vegetable oil
• 3 tbsp flour
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 1 qt skim milk
• 2 c frozen hash brown potatoes
• 2 Cans (11 oz each) corn with red and green peppers, drained
• 3/4 lb TURKEY HAM, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
