- Waffle Maker (I recommend the Belgian type that flips and is non-stick)
- 2 cups flour (I used King Arthur’s gluten free)
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons sugar (I used turbinado)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs, large and beaten
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons grapeseed or vegetable oil (if your waffle maker is not a non-stick, use ½ cup)
- 2 cups milk
- 2 teaspoons Grand Marnier (you can use vanilla instead)
- 1 tablespoon zest of orange
