  • Waffle Maker (I recommend the Belgian type that flips and is non-stick)
  • 2 cups flour (I used King Arthur’s gluten free)
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (I used turbinado)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs, large and beaten
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons grapeseed or vegetable oil (if your waffle maker is not a non-stick, use ½ cup)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 teaspoons Grand Marnier (you can use vanilla instead)
  • 1 tablespoon zest of orange
