Ingredients

• 1 ¼ lbs ground chuck
• 1 cup garlic and herb breadcrumbs
• ½ cup sweet onion, small chopped
• ½ cup whole milk
• 1 large egg, beaten
• 2 tbsp ketchup
• 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
• 1 tbsp Bayou Sam's Counter Seasoning
• 2 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp dried parsley
• 1 tsp fresh ground black pepper
• ½ cup ketchup
• 3 tbsp light brown sugar, packed
• 2 tbsp Steen's Pure Cane Vinegar
• 2 tsp Olivier 25 Year Aged Balsamic Vinegar
