Ingredients

• 1 kg pork meat
• 1 glass red wine
• 1 head onion
• 1 carrot
• 1 tsp.tomato puree if desired
• 3 pcs.bay leaf –
• 1 tsp.black black pepper grains
• 2 tsp. paprika
• 3 tbsp. flour
• 50 ml sunflower oil
• salt to taste
