• 1 3/4 cups brown cane sugar
• 3/4 cup Fustini's Medium SELECT olive oil
• 1/2 cup flax seed meal
• 1/4 cup Fustini's Walnut oil
• 2 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 teaspoons lemon zest
• 2 1/2 cups zucchini, grated
• 1 cup blueberries
• 3 cups white whole wheat flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 cup walnuts
