Recipe: Burrata Salad with Aleppo Pepper Vinaigrette – Afia

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup of olive oil
• 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar (try a fruit flavored one for an extra boost!)
• 1 teaspoon of Afia Aleppo Pepper
• 1 pinch of salt
• 2 balls of burrata cheese
• 2 cups of cherry tomatoes, halved
• 2 cups of arugula
