Slow Cooker Beef Stew - Recipes

Ingredients

• 2 lbs of cubed chuck roast
• 1 cup carrots – cubed
• 1 onion – largely chopped
• 1 bell pepper – largely chopped
• 4 white potatoes – quartered
• 2 cloves of garlic – minced
• 1 small can of tomato paste
• 1/4 cup of red wine
• 3/4 cup of beef broth
• 2 teaspoons of Kosher salt
• 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
• 2 dried Bay Leaves
