Andre Black's Carrot Cake Recipe - Delicious Homemade Cake

Ingredients

• 3 large eggs , beaten
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 cup and 2 tbsp salad oil
• 2 cups and 1 tbsp sifted cake flour
• 1.13 tsp cinnamon
• 1.5 tsp salt
• 1 tbsp baking soda
• 1.5 cups shredded coconut
• 2 cups grated carrots
• 1 cup and 2 tbsp crushed, drained pineapple
• 1 cup and 1 tbsp crushed walnuts
• 1 cup raisins
