• 1 pkg (125 ml) Irresistibles Artisan prosciutto
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) Selection stone ground Dijon mustard prepared
• 2 ripe bartlett pear cut into 8 slices (removing the core and seeds)
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) Irresistibles dark maple syrup
• 1/4 teaspoon (1,25 ml) freshly ground black pepper using Irresistibles black pepper grinder
