Summer Tostadas - Edible Dallas and Fort Worth

Ingredients

• 2 cups masa harina
• 2 ¼ cups warm water
• 2 small to medium ripe avocados
• 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
• 2 large, ripe heirloom tomatoes
• 4-5 heirloom cherry tomatoes
• Salt
• 2 shishito peppers
• ½ bunch of cilantro, roughly chopped
• 1 bunch of green onions, roughly chopped (whole stalk, with greens)
• 2 ½ Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
• 2 teaspoons lime juice
