• grated suet, can use butter or margarine if no suet available

• sage
• thyme
• ½ tsp
• ground nutmeg or mace
• salt and pepper, to taste
• 230 ml
• good stock, for the onion gravy
• 1 small
• onion, grated
• 1 tsp
• tomato puree
