• 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup whole milk, room temperature
• 1/3 cup freshly squeezed citrus juice, any combination of lemon, orange, or lime

• 6 ounces full-fat cream cheese, room temperature
• 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
• 1 1/2 cups heavy cream, very cold
