- 1 white onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic thinly sliced
- 500g pasta sauce
- 1 beef stock cube + 150ml hot water
- 1/2 bag of baby spinach or 1 bunch of silver beet leaves only roughly chopped
- 150g mozzarella sliced into 2 cm thick slices
- 50g parmesan finely grated
- Fresh basil leaves
