- 8 Chicken thighs
- 3 Onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp Turmeric
- 1 pinch Saffron
- 3 tbsp Cumin powder
- 5 Cloves of Garlic, chopped
- 40g Fresh ginger, chopped
- 4 tablespoons White sugar
- 2 Lemons
- 1 Courgette
- 2 Sweet potatoes
- 1/2 bunch Coriander
