Ingredients
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1kg onions, halved & sliced
- 50g butter
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp sea salt flakes
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 250ml dry vermouth or dry white wine
- 1.5 Litres Carol's Stock Market Beef Bone Broth
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
