A tasty homemade pizza with a Spanish topping of chorizo and manchego cheese flavoured with oregano and served with a cress & almond salad

- 1 tbsp fresh chives
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 sprig fresh parsley

- 50 grams manchego cheese
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise light
- 50 grams mozzarella
- 0.5 tsp oregano (dried)
- 200 grams pizza dough
- 1 whole red onions
- 150 grams Salad leaves
- salt (to taste)
- 100 grams sliced chorizo
- 50 ml sour cream
- 1 whole sweet potato
- 4 tbsp water
