Apple Pudding | Reynolds Brands
Because of all of the delicious apples that are so readily available in the fall, I love baking up yummy apple treats. If I can do it and only dirty a few dishes, then even better!
Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- ½ cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 4 large unpeeled Granny Smith apples, grated (4 cups)
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- 1 cup nuts (optional)
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup light cream or evaporated milk
- 1½ tsp vanilla
- Dash of nutmeg
