Ingredients

• 1/2 tsp black mustard seeds
• 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
• 1 onion
• 1 cube ginger
• 1 cube garlic
• 6 curry leaves
• 2 tsp corriander
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1/2 tsp tumeric
• 1/2 tsp cayenne
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 lb potatoes
• 28 oz can chickpeas
• 28 oz can tomatoes
• 1/2 can coconut milk
