Ingredients

• 8 eggs
• 3 tbl mayonnaise
• 1 tbl freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 3/4 tsp chaat masala**
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tbl finely chopped scallion
• 1 tbl finely chopped cilantro
• 1/2 tbl finely chopped jalapeno (optional)
• 1 tbl cilantro-mint chutney (optional - for garnish)
