- For the Ginger Snaps:
- 2 cups sugar, plus additional for dusting
- 1 1/3 cup grapeseed oil
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- For the Chocolate Topping:
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted (optional)
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips melted (optional)
