Caramelised Onion Babka Recipe - Great British Chefs
Our version of babka is savoury, vegan and filled with sweet caramelised onions.
Ingredients
- 500g of Doves Farm Organic Plain White Flour
- 1 tbsp of cane sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 7g of quick yeast
- 250ml of warm water
- 4 tbsp of olive oil
- 2 large onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp of brown sugar
- 3 sprigs of thyme, tough stems discarded and chopped
