Chicken Cacciatore with Couscous - Ainsley Harriott

Ingredients

• 50g plain flour
• salt and white pepper
• 4 chicken legs
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 1 carrot, peeled and diced
• 1 stick celery, chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, crushed
• 90g diced pancetta
• 1 bay leaf
• 2 sprigs of rosemary
• 150ml white wine
• 250ml chicken stock
• 1 x 400g can chopped tomatoes
• salt and black pepper
• 1-2 pouches of Ainsley Harriott Couscous
