- 2 cups (500mL) elbow macaroni
- 5 tbsp (75mL) GAY LEA – Butter Sticks – Salted, divided
- 1/4 cup (50mL) green onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup (50mL) all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp (2mL) dry mustard
- 2 cups (500mL) HEWITT’S – Homogenized Milk
- 1 1/2 cups (375mL) IVANHOE – Old Cheddar, shredded
- 1 cup (250mL) swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 cup (250mL) IVANHOE – Mozzarella, shredded
- 1 tbsp (15mL) parsley, chopped
- 1 cup (250mL) fresh breadcrumbs
