Oven Roasted Veggies Recipe - Yumm! Sauce­­­­®

Ingredients

• 1 jar of Original Yumm! Sauce®
• 8 carrots cut in half lengthwise
• 1 zucchini cut into ½-inch rounds
• 1 red onion cut into quarters with skin removed
• 1 head of broccoli cut into florets
• 1 red bell pepper cut into 1-inch strips
• 1 handful of baby Portobello mushrooms cut in half
• olive oil
• salt and pepper
• optional: fresh thyme and rosemary
