Ingredients

• 2 medium zucchinis, diced
• 1 large onion, diced
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• 1 can (800 g) crushed tomatoes
• 1 package (400 g) pre-made pizza dough
• 200 g shredded mozzarella cheese
• 30 g grated pecorino cheese
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1 handful fresh spinach leaves
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
• Salt and pepper to taste
