• 2 cups sweet potato purée
• 2 tbsp unsalted butter
• 3 large eggs
• 2 egg yolks
• ⅓ cup brown sugar
• ⅓ cup granulated sugar
• ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
• ¼ tsp allspice
• ¼ tsp sea salt
• ⅛ tsp ground cloves
• Pinch of freshly ground black pepper
• ⅔ cup heavy cream
• ¼ cup bourbon
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
