Classic Apple Pie – Crunch Pak

Ingredients

• 1 premade pie dough
• 3 lb bag apples cored, sliced, peeled
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 2 tsp flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp nutmeg
• 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
• 1 egg beaten
• 1 tbsp sugar for the top of the pie
