• 2 to 3 tsp kosher salt
• 1 to 2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
• 3 TBSP unsalted butter, melted
• 1/3 cup mayonnaise
• 2 TBSP sour cream
• 1 TBSP prepared horseradish
• 2 TBSP milk
