• 500g lamb, diced
• 30ml olive oil
• 125g yoghurt
• 1 garlic clove, chopped
• ½ lime juice
• 1/2tsp cumin
• 1/2tsp oregano
• 1/2tsp cinnamon
• 1/4tsp chilli flakes
• 1/2tsp salt
• 1/2tsp pepper
• 250g cherry tomatoes, sliced
• 250g sweetcorn
• ½ cucumber, sliced
• ½ red onion, sliced
• 200g roasted mixed peppers, in brine
• 1 Primula Cheese ‘n’ Sriracha tube
