Ingredients

• 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
• 1/4 teaspoon OR less Freshly ground black pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon Dried Italian herb seasoning
• 1/2 teaspoon Ground coriander
• 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
• 1 Lamb breast
• 2 cloves Garlic, crushed
