Pecan Pie Recipe

Ingredients

• 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 cup of fresh GeorgiaPecans
• 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
• 3 eggs (seperate yolks and whites)
• 1/4 tsp lemon peel, grated
• pinch of kosher salt
• 1 cup sugar
• 4 tbsp corn starch
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 pie pastry shell, baked
