Ingredients

• San Remo Instant Lasagna Sheets 250g
• ½ cup olive oil
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1 x 375ml jar tomato passata
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• 3 sprigs lemon thyme
• 1 small brown onion, diced
• 6 zucchinis, grated
• 400g ricotta
• 1 ½ cups mozzarella
• 1 cup Parmesan, grated
