Crock Pot Beef Stew

Ingredients

• 1 lb beef cubes, I usually cut them even smaller than they come from the grocery
• 2 medium Onions chopped
• 1 clove Garlic minced
• 1 16-oz can diced tomatoes
• 1 tbl tomato paste
• salt and pepper to taste
• bay leaf
• 4 potatoes peeled and cubed (up to 5)

• 4 carrots sliced (up to 5)
