Ingredients

• 4 strips Ontario bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
• 1/4 cup (40 g) each dried cherries and cranberries
• 1 1/2 tsp (7 ml) chopped fresh rosemary
• 1/2 tsp (2 ml) chopped fresh sage or thyme
• 2 tbsp (30 ml) Ontario honey, divided
• 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed (half a 400 g package)
• 1 large wheel Canadian triple cream Brie (about 550 g)
• 1 large egg, beaten
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) water
• Crostini or crackers
