• 1-2 crushed garlic cloves
• 3-4 cups canned and drained butter beans and sugar beans
• 2 cups baby spinach or chopped spinach
• 2 cups milk or buttermilk
• 1 cup beef stock
• 1/3 cup corn starch
• 1-2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• Salt and black pepper to taste
• Oil for frying
• Off-cut pork bits (such as belly, shoulder or bacon)
• 1 teaspoon coriander seeds
