Ingredients

• 2 Large potatoes cubed
• 2 Pack of skinless boneless saltfish (250g)
• 2 tbsp Butter
• 1 Small Onion finely chopped
• 2 tsp Fresh thyme
• ½ cup Fresh Parsley
• ½ tsp Cumin
• 1 tsp Curry powder (or to taste)
• ½ tsp Paprika
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp All purpose seasoning
• 1 tsp Pepper
• 1 Egg
• ½ cup All purpose flour
• 2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning (or seasoning salt of choice)
