Delicious and Easy Tin Foil Stew Recipe

Ingredients

• 2 pounds beef stew meat, cut into bite-sized pieces
• 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
• 4 carrots, peeled and sliced
• 1 onion, chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 cup frozen peas
• 1 cup frozen corn
• 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tablespoons tomato paste
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 teaspoon dried thyme
• 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• 4 pieces of aluminum foil, approximately 12x12 inches
