Strawberry Wedge Salad - The Olive Tap Recipes

Ingredients

• 1 Head of iceberg lettuce
• 1 C. fresh strawberries, chopped into 1/2″ pieces
• 6 Slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
• 1/4 C. chopped, fresh green onion
• 4 oz. Crumbled feta cheese (or goat or blue cheese if you prefer)
• 1/2 C. chopped pecans
• 1 T. honey
• 4 T. The Olive Tap’s or your favorite Olive Tap
• 3 T. The Olive Tap’s
• Salt and pepper to taste
